4/14/08 -  NCCQG requests that all county commission candidates responds to 3 part questionnaire - (1)How can we achieve quality public education, (2)quality employment  & economic development and (3)quality law enforcement?

4/21/08 - NCCQG requests Corrective Action Plan(CAP) from Buncombe County Commissioners regarding the sale of Public Park Land to a Private Developer which violates NC Constitution, Article 1 Section 2

GOALS

To ENSURE Justice and Promote the General Welfare and Peace for All.

To ENSURE Quality Government BY the People and FOR The People.

To ENSURE We Have Public Officials with a Universal Vision; Whose Every Thought is for the Common Good; Who Recognize the Truth: We Are ONE!

MISSION

Our Mission is to monitor, measure and evaluate Asheville City Council's and the Buncombe County Commission's performance.

We believe -

  • The two-party system works for the powerful/wealthy few; ie, Corporate America; the presents system breeds apathy, complacency and cynicism.
  • The foundation of our community lies on the education of our youth;
  • We need to create educational systems that develop the full potential of human consciousness of every student;
  • The foundation of Quality Education in America is Understanding and Acceptance (U & A) of the Declaration of Independence (Article 1, Section 1, NC Constitution)
  • Life is Consciousness; and any change in either Asheville-Buncombe Public Education or City-County Management MUST begin with a change in consciousness;
  • We MUST change our individual and collective consciousness from fear to love;
  • Spirit and love MUST be put into action and evidence of focused "positive" thought should be visible in our individual lives and community activities("As a man thinketh..." - J. Allen, 1904;
  • Faith without love is nothing, and "faith without works is dead";
  • To promote love and peace in Asheville, and the world, we MUST be love and peace ourselves;
  • We know Divine love when we realize our ONENESS with all and work for the good of ALL
  • We should not seek either power, glory, fortune or fame; Our goal is to ENSURE Justice and Promote the General Welfare and Peace for ALL!
  • We are neither politicians, political activists nor protesters; we are Peacemakers!  Our purpose is to Assure Quality Government and IMPROVE the Quality of Life for ALL! 

We owe it to ourselves to make Asheville-Buncombe County and America what it ought to be for ourselves and our posterity. This is the 21st century; it's T5 - Time To Teach The Truth: Spirit is One,  One is All and All are One!

Life is Consciousness;
Spirit is Love;
We are ONE!
